“Great training: I enjoyed being in our trust groups… for really great discussions and opened communication”

“Learnt a lot about what coproduction actually means”

The co-production training is a powerful learning experience that allows clinicians and MVP’s the time and space to reflect on their barriers to co-production and the strategies to overcome them. This dedicated time allows all involved to truly understand what co-production is and how they can alter leadership styles to move up the ladder of engagement by assessing gaps in their approach and action planning to embed co-production in their everyday business.
